How To apply

DSTC does not charge an application fee.  You can find a downloadable application form below.  Once the entire group has submitted this form (email works best) it will "hold your place in line" while we review the applications.  We try to complete this review in 48 hours, but sometimes it takes a bit more time to connect with current landlords. 

After your applications are approved, we will submit a lease for the group to review. 

All members of the group must sign the lease.  In addition, due at the signing of the lease is first months rent and any other required documents (parent guarantee form).   

Once the lease is signed and payments have been submitted, the property is officially yours for the designated leasing period.  Your deposit, in the amount of one months rent, will be due on the move in date--after you have had a chance to inspect the condition of the property.
