Do you allow Pets?

We have one pet friendly property - 464 Bob O Link Drive. We do not allow pets in our other properties.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Do you require a deposit?

We do. We don't collect the deposit until the move in date. That gives you a chance to inspect the condition of the property when you move in. We require first months rent be submitted at the signing of the lease to reserve the property.

Am I responsible for utilities?

Yes. Tenants pay all utilities (with the exception of 511 Shaker Dr--utilities are included). We can provide you with historical utility bills so there are no surprises.

Do you use a management company?

No. We are very hands on. If you have an issue--you call the owner and you will get a response within 24 hours. We guarantee it. We have a handy man, plumber and electrician available at a moments notice. Check out our testimonial page to get a feel for how prompt we are use tenant requests. We will even provide you with tenant references so that you can ask them yourself!
